Introduction
The vision of YLM: Operation Mass Impact is to bolster the castle walls of the marriage covenant and turn the tide of this war on family in our current culture back to the only righteous foundation, Jesus the Word of God.
Your Legendary Marriage presents this goldmine marriage mentoring system that will exponentially strengthen marriages and multiply its effect in impacting culture. YLM: Operation Mass Impact consists of 6 teachings by master teacher, John Fichtner. Out of over fifty teachings John has taught on marriage, these six were chosen as the cream of the crop. Tracy and Brayden founders of YLM, have gleaned from John’s Biblical and practical marriage tips over the past 5 years and have enlarged their tool-belt for success.

We have made this marital mentoring package easy to use, enjoyable, effective in mentoring, and free! The teaching package is free, however it costs the participants in commitment. The success of the vision comes down to how well the participants commit to the system.
The Mentorship Commitment
Everyone who will participate commits to mentoring one couple within a year after taking the course. The mentorship piece has been made very simple, with the whole process outlined so that it is as basic as pressing a button to play the audio and ask the questions in the notes. Not only is this mentoring system essential to accomplish the vision but it is also an important part of the learning process. According to retention psychology, we retain 90% of the information that we teach compared to 5% from hearing a lecture. This may not be exactly like teaching but it is much further along than the sit back and listen approach. In addition to the increased absorption of the content, you also have the satisfaction of pouring your love and time into another couple, which is very rewarding when you see them strengthened and growing in love.
Once you have completed the mentoring course and you have your couple/s to mentor, we will email you the link to the audio teachings. In your facilitation of the course, you have the option of having couples over to your home or you can use a video-to- video program. This way those with children do not need to find a babysitter and those who live in large cities do not have to make a long commute. The way you go about this is up to you and those you mentor.
